DANA CORDRY (Robin Goodfellow) is a recent college graduate and she is excited to be involved in the Green Bay theatre community for the first time. Last summer, she spent time with the Bard working as an acting apprentice at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Other past credits include She Ventures and He Wins and Love and Information at Lawrence University, and Boat People at Pentameters Fringe Theatre in London. MAGGIE DERNEHL (Peaseblossom/"Wall" builder) has slowly been working her way into the local theater scene, having performed with Evergreen, ComedyCity, HotDog!, various 24 Hour Theater Collectives, Radio Madness, and the Green Room Players. She’s worked behind the scenes, helping to organize the Green Bay Improv Festival, building and managing props for Homegrown Productions and Cardboard Theatre, and running tech for various shows at the Green Room, but this is her first time performing Shakespeare. And what a way to start! Thank you Green Bay, Play-by-Play, Whitney Park, and everyone supporting and attending live, local theatre. |
SARAH DOYLE (Mustardseed) is incredibly proud to join Play-by-Play embarking on this maiden voyage of Theatre in the Park. HALEY EBINAL (Hermia) is a midwest-based actor, singer, dancer, and violinist. Recent credits include The Woman in Death of a Salesman (Forst Inn Theatre), and Mark Antony in Julius Caesar (UW-Green Bay). Haley is a graduate of the Open Jar Institute in New York City, where she studied with Broadway professionals in dance, musical theatre voice, and acting. She is also the director and co-creator of Riot Act, a feminist manifesto featuring a collection of monologues by Franca Rame and an original devised play inspired by the #MeToo movement. KIMBERLY NORMAN (Moth) started in theatre only last December. She is very passionate about acting, and since then has been cast in four theatrical productions, a commercial, a feature length film, and is a principal character in Green Bay’s The Dinner Detective. She has always loved A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Shakespeare in general. She believes in fairies, but finds the most magical creatures in her life are her two beautiful children. She wishes to thank her amazingly sweet husband for his unending support as well as her friends and family. |
BRANDON PONSCHOCK (Nick Bottom the Weaver) a native of Appleton, is thrilled to playing the role of Nick Bottom in Play-by-Play’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. This is Brandon’s second production with Play-by-Play, having previous starred as Pastor Ogelthorpe in last year’s Smoke on the Mountain. CAROLYN SILVERBERG (Helena/Director) Carolyn’s love of Shakespeare began when she played Lady Macbeth waaay back in fifth grade. She earned her MA in Shakespeare from Royal Holloway University of London, where she also appeared in Romeo and Juliet and The Tempest. Favorite performing credits: Play-by-Play’s Smoke on the Mountain, Return to the Forbidden Planet; Evergreen’s Fiddler on the Roof, Steel Magnolias. ERIC D. WESTPHAL (Oberon) moved to Green Bay almost 5 years ago and has tried to stay as active in theater as possible. While making his Play-by-Play debut here, he has also worked with Green Bay Community Theater, Evergreen Theater, and Theatre Z. He most recently appeared as George Bailey in It’s a Wonderful Life.
